• What’s involved:

You will be engaged in general office administration and support duties involving a variety of tasks using Word, Excel and Outlook.

You are also likely to be getting involved with telephone answering, copying, scanning, filing and elements of data entry/systems updating.

- minimum of 2 years office administration experience within a social services environment
- CareFirst system (user) experience
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Client: Local Authority

• Division: Children's Services

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.

• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
