Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a part of a growing company that has over 25 years experience in delivering innovative solutions in the learning and skills sector. They provide consulting, outsourcing, research, technology and training to the Education sector.
As Programme Manager, you will effectively manage the delivery of a variety of contracts, products and consultancy services within the LSN project management framework, ensuring that outputs and outcomes are achieved within budget, to time and to the required quality standards.
You will lead and manage the development staff working on delivery, as well as the management of any sub-contractors and associates. They will also be responsible for the project and financial management within the team, as well as account management of the clients. The role will also include contributing to the preparation of proposals and tenders to funders and new product and service developments.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Significant management experience, in the education sector
- A proven record of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams.
- Experience of successful development and implementation of curriculum
- Stakeholder management within one or more of the following FE, schools, Local Authorities.
- Extensive experience or expertise of working in FE or Local Authorities
