Job Description
Our market leading Client, a respected Insurer, is looking to continue to build on its success by recruiting a highly motivated Business Developer.
Reporting to the Development Director the main purpose of this role is to effectively manage the new business performance of your panel of Brokers and to deliver on-site support by providing assistance with new business submissions and underwriting enquiries.
Then main responsibilities:
1. To build effective relationships with the panel of Brokers, ensuring progress towards mutually agreed new business targets
2. To provide Brokers with bespoke volume arrangements with on-site business submission and underwriting support
3. To deliver on site support and training for the panel
4. To identify and secure new business opportunities and enhance existing products, arrangements and business processes
The successful applicant will combine their Commercial Insurance knowledge with a flair for sales and enjoy working externally with a range of businesses.
