Job Description
Registered Manager - 33-36K Our client is a health and social care provider who specialise in providing residential and community care services for people with learning disabilities and adults with mental health needs. Their services cover the areas of Surrey, Essex, Kent and The Midlands areas. They are currently seeking an experienced registered manager for their 8 bed service in the Watford area that provides care for adults with mental health problems and learning disabilities. Your main role as manager will be to ensure the unit provides the highest levels of care and support to service users and ensure CSCI standards are met and maintained. You will be expected to market and develop the service by dealing with outside agencies along with new referrals and assessments. This service is currently 2* and they are seeking a candidate with the drive to push the home forward to a 3* rating. You will need to be RMN or NVQ4/RMA qualified along with a minimum of one years experience within a similar management role.The service is currently 2* and the company are seeking a candidate with the drive to push the home forward to a 3* rating.
